The Search & Rescue Team is volunteer based and is comprised of the Sutter County Sheriff's Posse, the Yuba-Sutter Aero Squadron, Sutter County Sheriff's Dive Team, Sutter County Office of Emergency Management, Sutter County Fire Department, Correctional Officers and Deputy Sheriff's! From vast terrain to fast moving currents in our rivers, the Search & Rescue team is trained by air, water, horseback, etc. to assist in searches in various areas of Sutter County.
