 Lieutenant Gill began his career with Sutter County Sheriff’s Office in 2008.  He was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2018.  He has served in a variety of areas to include, field training officer, detective, SED Team Leader, head range master, Investigations unit supervisor, and gang suppression unit.

Lt. Gill was the Sheriff’s Office 2014 Officer of the year.  He is the founder and former President of Sutter County Peace Officers’ association.

Lieutenant Gill and his wife, Gagan make their home in Sutter County and have two children, Zorav and Zoey.  He loves spending time with his kids and enjoys outdoor activities.
